Who we are

Cityscape Cleaning Crew LLC, doing business as Cityscape Clean, connects people who want residential cleaning with local cleaning companies.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address, zip code, and your answers about the cleaning you want. We also collect basic information about how you reached the page, including through advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel.

How we use it

We use your request to connect you with a local cleaning company, so they can contact you about the cleaning you asked for. We also use it to check requests are real and to measure how our advertising performs.

Who we share it with

We share your request with the one local cleaning company shown on the page you used. We don't sell your request to other cleaning companies. Service providers that help us run this site, send messages and take payments may process it for us. Meta receives information through the Meta Pixel, as described below.

Advertising and cookies

Our quote pages may use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. Third parties, including Meta, may use cookies, web beacons and similar technology on these pages to collect or receive information from this site and elsewhere on the internet, such as the pages you visit, whether you sent a request, and details about your browser and device. They use it to measure how ads perform and to choose which ads to show people.

You can opt out of this use of your information for ad targeting. Change your ad settings in Facebook or Instagram under Accounts Center, Ad preferences. You can also opt out at aboutads.info/choices, or block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, our quote pages don't load the Meta Pixel at all.

Your choices

You can reply STOP to any text to opt out. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email us.

When you ask us to delete it, we remove your name, phone number, email address and answers from our records, and pass your request on to the cleaning company that received it. We keep a record that we handled your request, and basic details without your contact information, such as the date, zip code and type of cleaning, where we need them for billing, disputes or legal reasons. Copies kept by the services that delivered your request to the cleaning company, such as text and email providers, are removed on their own schedules.

Text alerts for cleaning companies

If you run a cleaning company and agree to text alerts, we use your mobile number to send you new lead alerts. Message frequency varies with your leads, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your text opt-in and consent aren't shared with anyone, except the service that delivers the texts.
