What these are

These text alerts come from Cityscape Clean, the trade name of Cityscape Cleaning Crew LLC. They tell cleaning companies that receive leads from us when a new lead arrives. They are not marketing messages.

How often

You get one text for each new lead, so the number varies with the leads you receive, plus one confirmation when you sign up.

Cost

We don't charge for these texts. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.

Stopping and help

Reply STOP to any text to cancel. You'll get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply START to sign up again. Reply HELP for help, or email contact@cityscapecleaningcrew.com. You can also turn texts off in the Help tab of your portal.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. New leads also reach you by email and in your portal.

How you sign up

Text alerts are optional. A cleaning company that has signed a Lead Partnership Agreement with us gets a private sign-in. When they create their passcode, they can tick an unticked box to agree to the texts, or do the same later in the Help tab of their portal. The picture below shows the box.

Privacy
